Returns and refunds


By placing an order, customers acknowledge and agree to this Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy.


General Policy Overview
Once an order has left our facility, it can no longer be cancelled. At that point, this Refund & Return Policy applies in full.
Due to the nature of fitness equipment and freight shipping, all returns and cancellations are subject to the conditions outlined below. Certain products may be considered final sale due to size, weight, or logistics and may not be eligible for return once delivered, as determined at our discretion.



Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 3 hours of purchase, provided the order has not entered processing, fulfillment, or shipping.
Cancellations requested within this window are eligible for a full refund, excluding any non-recoverable payment processing fees if applicable.

Non-Refundable Payment Processing Fees
For cancellations requested after 3 hours, a 6% payment processing fee will be deducted from the refund. This fee reflects costs charged by payment processors at the time of purchase and is non-recoverable.


When Cancellations Are No Longer Allowed
Once an order has left our facility or has been tendered to a carrier:

β€’ The order cannot be cancelled

β€’ Delivery delays, carrier reschedules, missed delivery windows, or customer availability do not qualify for cancellation

Return Eligibility
Eligibility for returns is subject to the Shipping & Delivery Policy, including delivery confirmation and reporting timeframes.

To be considered for a return, customers must contact us within 30 days of delivery and no later than 45 days from the order date with:

  • Order number
  • Proof of purchase
  • Delivery date
  • Reason for the return


Requests submitted more than 30 days after delivery, or more than 45 days from the order date (whichever comes first), will not be eligible for a return or refund.


Return Shipping
All approved returns must be shipped back at the customer’s expense and must be prepaid and insured.
We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage during return transit.


Condition of Returned Products

To be eligible for a return, products must be received:

  • In original, unused condition
  • In original packaging, with all labels, tags, and stickers intact
  • With all parts, components, and accessories included


Returns will not be accepted for products that show signs of:

  • Misuse or improper handling
  • Damage caused by negligence or abuse
  • Use beyond the intended purpose


Products purchased through third-party sellers are not eligible for return.

Inspection & Approval

All returned products are subject to inspection upon arrival.

If a product is received damaged, incomplete, or altered, the return may be denied or partially refunded at our discretion.


Non-Refundable Costs
Refunds do not include:

  • Original shipping or freight charges
  • Delivery, handling, or accessorial fees
  • Installation or assembly services


If shipping was advertised as free, the actual shipping cost incurred will be deducted from the refund.


Restocking Fees
Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee covers inspection, repackaging, inventory handling, and restocking costs.


Freight Returns & Carrier Delays
Freight delivery dates provided by carriers are estimates only. Once an order is tendered to a carrier:

All outbound freight charges are incurred

Carrier delays, reschedules, terminal holds, or communication issues are outside of our control

Returns or refusals due to carrier delays, missed appointments, or customer unavailability are treated as standard returns and are subject to:

  • Outbound freight charges
  • Return freight charges
  • Applicable restocking fees



Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Credit card refunds may take 7–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
