Shipping and delivery


By placing an order, the customer confirms they have reviewed and agree to these shipping terms.



Processing & Fulfillment

Orders are typically prepared within 2โ€“4 business days, after payment verification and order review.
Some items may require additional handling time due to inventory flow or inbound shipments. If this applies, we will notify you.

How Orders Ship
Depending on the items purchased, your order may be shipped:

  • In one shipment
  • In multiple shipments
  • Using different carriers


This is common for fitness equipment. Accessories and large items often ship separately and may arrive on different days. Each shipment will receive its own tracking information. Receiving one shipment does not indicate that the full order has been delivered if multiple shipments apply.


Delivery Timeframes
Once shipped, most deliveries arrive within 5โ€“10 business days. Transit time depends on destination, carrier schedules, and shipment type. All delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delivery timeframes do not include order processing time.


Large Equipment & Freight Deliveries

Heavy or oversized equipment is delivered via freight (curbside delivery).
Please note:
Freight trucks require adequate access

  • Inside or garage delivery is not included
  • Some residential or remote locations may involve additional carrier fees
  • If freight access is not possible at your address, related fees or returns are the customerโ€™s responsibility.


Delivery Day Responsibilities

A signature may be required upon delivery, depending on shipment type and carrier requirements.
A carrier-confirmed delivery, including electronic confirmation, tracking marked as delivered, photo documentation, or delivery records provided by the carrier, is considered proof of successful delivery.


Inspection & Documentation Upon Delivery
Customers are strongly encouraged to inspect all items immediately upon delivery and to take clear photos of the product and packaging.


These photos help document the condition of the items at the time of delivery and allow us to investigate and resolve any issues more efficiently.


Any visible damage, missing items, or incorrect products must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery, along with supporting photos. Damage not visible at delivery must also be reported within 48 hours and supported with photos. Submission of photos does not guarantee approval of a claim or refund.


Failure to report issues within the required timeframe constitutes acceptance of the order as delivered.


Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues
Shipping addresses must be correct at checkout. Address changes after shipment may result in carrier fees, delays, or returns at the customerโ€™s expense. Missed or refused deliveries may require additional shipping charges to reschedule.


Tracking & Lost Shipments
If tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days, contact our support team so we can open a carrier investigation. Replacements or refunds, if applicable, are subject to carrier determination.

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes
  • Rural or limited-access locations may require extra time or fees
  • Shipping delays caused by carriers are outside of our control
